Enterprises strengthen the competitiveness and unceasingly adjust enterprise internal by reducing the cost of internal charge as well as improve organizational effects in order to survive of the difficult environment. For bottlenecks enterprise, internal cost reduction or effects improvement is helpful about overall profit. However, traditional enterprise possibly to eliminate through competition, only a few larger enterprise survive. Difficult of market competition, this research to confer by investigating the property of case company and niche market, to know needs what kind of conditions and characteristics for entering the niche market, to know how the difference and advantages between niche market and mass market. This research to confer the case, the company characteristics include: focus for many years in the field of waterproof connector, multi own brand, small amount of diversity and customized products, multi product style, Innovation and research continually, multi patented, multi certified, multi laboratory equipment, industry-university cooperation policy, social welfare, etc. the case compared with basic types, characteristics and condition of niche market.
