Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 化工與材料工程學系 === 100 === In this study, PLA-based green composites were prepared by melt blending by a twin screw extruder or an internal mixer. Maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomers, inorganic fillers, polycarbonate (PC) and epoxy served as modifiers for the PLA matrix. The mechanical properties, thermal properties and morphology changes of the samples with and/or without the different modifiers additions were investigated. The results showed that: (1) adding PPgMA and epoxy make the dispersed phase size smaller; (2) adding talc makes the tensile modulus and flexural modulus of the samples increase significantly; (3) addition of smaller size of talc enhanced the samples’ strength more; and then tensile strength and flexural strength of the samples improved in PLA and PC blend ratio of 7:3; (4) additions of polyolefin elastomer, talc and epoxy could enhanced the impact strength of the samples; (5) the thermal stability of the samples increased with the additions of PC and epoxy; (6) additions of clay, talc or epoxy could induce cold crystallization of PLA; (7) addition of polyolefin elastomer induced the crystallization of PLA; (8) PLA and PC blend ratio of 6:4 could enhance the HDT of PLA.
