Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 化工與材料工程學系 === 100 === The main purpose of this study was to investigate the diffusion properties of the liquid optically clear adhesive (LOCA) used in the touch panel limination process. The main function of this LOCA is to well fit the touch screen cover glass and sensor. Its advantage lies in the possibility of the rework. In the limination process of touch panel, bubbles or dents may occur due to the cutting process and the baking process. In this work, ultraviolet light curing method was used to reduce the operating time of the two processes mentioned above. In this direction, the production capacity was also improved. Finally, according to the results of reliability tests, the penetration rate was enhanced to more than 1%, the haze was reduced 1.4%, and the colorness was approached to white light.
