Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 課程研究所 === 100 === The main purposes of this study are to investigate the novice kindergarten teachers into the organization, what their perception of the work distress is. When novice kindergarten teachers make or execute their decisions, their actions may reflect the culture characteristics in the organization. The following study is completed by qualitative approach, which interviewed three novice kindergarten teachers, analyzed the result of the interview, organize novice kindergarten teacher’s work distress, investigated how the culture characteristics in the organization will influence, and the novice kindergarten teachers how to make their decisions and execution.
The main problems we are investigating of this study are as follows:
1. What are the novice kindergarten teachers' work distresses?
2. What are the teachers’ work distresses from?
3. How do the novice kindergarten teachers deal with their work distresses?
The following conclusions were made according to the results from the investigation:
1. Novice kindergarten teachers may face four kinds of work distresses: interpersonal relationships, course knowledge insufficient, parent-teacher interactive relationships, and low self-professional identities.
2. The sources of distress in the organizational culture may come from interpersonal atmosphere, conflicts between sub-cultural groups, community relations, organizational course features, and teacher-student interaction etc. In the process of interaction, these factors result in the novice kindergarten teachers’ perception distress.
3. Novice kindergarten teachers develop five strategies to solve distress from organizational culture. The five strategies are as follows: interpersonal relationship strategies, peer teacher interaction strategies, parent-teacher interaction strategies, strategies to solve the course predicament, and teacher-student interaction strategies, etc.
In conclusion, according to the finding, this study gives suggestions to kindergarten teachers, the leaders in the organization and the educational administration respectively.
