Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程學系暨研究所 === 100 === Vibration training machine is an oscillator to generate vibration for training to build muscle strength and bone density. Thus, the mechanism is usually an output with back-and-forth motion. Recently, the common types of vibration training models are linkage driver type and Eccentric-mass type. The purpose of this thesis describes that the Eccentric-Mass Oscillator of the vibration platform system is replaced by electromagnet and cantilever beam with a mass at free-end, and then analyze the vibration platform system. In this thesis, we use simple models to simplify this vibration platform system, and observe the effect of natural frequency by modifying the parameters, and do the qualitative analysis. We measure the natural frequency of this vibration platform system by displacement meter and oscilloscope. Besides, we use the Hummer test and ANSYS to prove the mathematic model, and analyze the error factors.
