This study is aimed to explore to discuss the relationship among emotional labor, burnout, and professional commitment. Research data were collected by mailed questionnaire from 3,750 physicians. The author obtained 323 valid questionnaires with rate of return of 8.6%. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Emotional Labor has partial positive effects on Burnout. 2. Burnout has partial negative effects on Professional Commitment. 3. Emotional Labor has partial positive effects on Professional Commitment. 4.
