Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工關係學系暨研究所 === 100 === Recently years, the Medical Industry environment changed and increased heavy work loading to the physicians, and caused physicians to have job stress. At this transformed process, physicians are easy to have the situation of emotional labor, burnout and affected their professional commitment. This study is aimed to explore to discuss the relationship among emotional labor, burnout, and professional commitment.
Research data were collected by mailed questionnaire from 3,750 physicians. The author obtained 323 valid questionnaires with rate of return of 8.6%. The results are summarized as follows:
1. Emotional Labor has partial positive effects on Burnout.
2. Burnout has partial negative effects on Professional Commitment.
3. Emotional Labor has partial positive effects on Professional Commitment.
4. Professional Commitment of physicians has partial mediation affection between Emotional Labor and Burnout.
