Through investigating Taiwan and foreign literature of peace education, we found peace education which lacks "human" as the center of education and its own peace education theory. Therefore by investigating Kant's ethic, pedagogy and eternal peace concept, explaining Kant’s theory is enough to be considered as a complete theoretical basis of peace education. Furthermore, we can provide a strong basis of modern peace education.
