| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 戰略暨國際事務研究所 === 100 === In view of changing of international condition and types of conflict, it makes the referent object of security studies extend from state level to individual level by rethinking the definition of security. To view the situation of child soldiers at the background of civil war in Democratic Republic of Congo, then analyze and highlight the insecurity and obstacles of child soldiers with human security in the long-term armed conflict.
In addition, the international community has taken measures to deal with the problem of Congolese child soldiers in armed conflict, also assisted and carried out many humanitarian activities. Collecting those actions conducted by the international community, and analyzing domestic policy of peace are seeking human security in Democratic Republic of Congo as the goal. It is going to illustrate through the connection between state and individual security, in order to ensure individual security and to maintain national safety toward the path of peace.
