Coming with purposive sampling, 486 questionnaires have been sent while 442 of them have just been taken back. Excluding those 32 invalid forms, the effective ratio is 84.4%. This research starts with open-ended, leading questions, which, with its answers, make up another form of sheet, structural questionnaire. After data collection, we do data analysis through Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Correlational Analysis and Regression Analysis and have come to the following conclusions. 1.While presenting PIR, objects of study were affected by attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control (PBC). Effected primarily by appropriationess of PBC, secondary by organizational effectiveness of PBC and then by attitude cognition. 2.There’s a significant connection between attitude cognition and behavior intention while presenting PIR, which means PIR expression significantly shows positive correlation with self-demand and self-worth and negative correlation with implicit attitude. 3.There’s a substantial correlation between behavior intention and direct or indirect subjective norm groups while presenting PIR. 4.There’s a substantial correlation between behavior intention and appropriationess, organizational effectiveness of PBC while presenting PIR. This research suggests that medical institutions or the competent authority should put medical expertise of patient safety into curriculum while preparing nursing training courses. At the same time, could also establish the “encourage informed of the reward system” to look for more participants through the head of the office, the health authorities, patients and their families, or even non-governmental organizations since “Patient Safety is Everyone’s Business.” Key word: Patient Safety, patient safety incident report, The theory of planned behavior Lu,Longchuan 盧龍泉 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 83 zh-TW
