The author had adopted quantitative research method in the view of social psychology, and attended to analyze the approval rating of general citizen for the justice, media and police by their gender, age, education, legal background and victimization experience. Additionally, the author tried to evaluate whether the approval rating of justice, media and police have an impact on tendency toward judicial system. Moreover, a self-designed questionnaire had been adopted to investigate through purposive sampling. There were 432 questionnaires sent out in this study, but only 355 effective samples being collected. After being coded and input into the PASW statistics 18 data base, the data was processed by the statistical methods such as descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, MANOVA and path analysis. The results of the research are as follows. First, the gender, age, legal background and victimization experience of general citizens could have an impact on the approval rating of justice among those samples. Second, the gender and age of general citizens could have an impact on the approval rating of media among those samples. Third, the gender, age, education and legal background could have an impact on the approval rating of police among those samples. Fourth, the gender could have an impact on the attitudes toward judicial system among those samples. Fifth, the approval rating of justice, media and police could have an impact on tendency toward judicial system.
