Firstly, we conduted the experiments of recrystallization and coating by changing parameters such as temperature, stirring speed and coating time Secondly we carried out the test to obtain the crystal shape particle size, element analysis and mechanical sensitivity by using the scanning electron microscope (SEM), zeta potential and particle size analyzer, dropping and friction tester. The results showed that the higher the stirring speed, the better the uniform of the crystal shape of RDX, which is close to spherical, and the insensitirity of RDX Crystal shape showed apparent facet at the low stirring speed and resulted in higher sensitivity.
