Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學理工學院 === 化學工程碩士班 === 100 === Preparation of explosives particles by supercritical fluid has been published. There was main investigation about to fabricate nano-scale explosives, but research of nano-explosives properties is still needs further exploration. In this study, it used supercritical fluid pelletizing equipment with rapid expansion method to pelletize TNT under different operating conditions. In addition to observing and analyzing the shape and size, it also explores the thermochemical properties and mechanical sensitivities. The results show to fabricate the particle size of 50 to 100 nm spherical TNT particles under temperature 45℃, 25MPa operating conditions. The thermal decomposition activation energy, the lowest reaction energy of drop impact test, and the lowest reaction loads of friction test on nano-TNT is higher than the raw of TNT. Therefore, the thermal stability of nano-TNT is better than the raw of TNT, drop impact and friction sensitivity are more insensitive than the raw TNT.
