The entrepreneurial behavior represents a SBU executive team manager’s actions of recognizing opportunities and taking advantages of resources for achieving extraordinary outcomes in the marketplace. This research explores this notion at the SBU level because it is critical for a firm to exploit objectives and actions toward their customers and rivals directly. Fallowing on the current stream, this study explores the antecedents and outcomes of entrepreneurial behavior in the SBUs. For instance, the effects of strategic orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the SBU’s entrepreneurial behavior are discussed. Besides, we not only study on the relationship between the SBU’s entrepreneurial behavior and the SBU’s market related performance, but also investigate the possible influences of environment mediators on such connection. Consequently, the findings offer integrated knowledge and managerial implications in both academic and practical fields.
