Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程學系 === 99 === This paper presents a way of selecting and planning a site for UAV-based (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Marine Pollution Monitoring System. First the worldwide technologies of remote sensing used in monitoring marine pollution are studied. The UAV-based monitoring systems from different countries were then studied, followed by investigating the Marine Pollution Monitoring System in Taiwan. This research sets the rules of selecting locations for UAV monitoring bases, setting their monitoring areas , and specifying the requirements for the remote sensors and the UAVs. In the end, five locations of UAV monitoring bases with radius 80km monitoring area are theoretically selected and studied; based on the theory, those UVA monitoring bases would be able to cover more than 90% high traffic area of large watercrafts that are within Taiwan 24 nautical miles Contiguous zone.
