In general, spalling of concrete state is very complex, because it is affected by many factors is implicated; due to fire caused by concrete spalling the structure has been observed in experimental data and in real fire disaster of conditions under. Therefore, this study to first ,by FDS fire simulation software to simulate single interval ,and beam of by fire damage and the fire temperature, then by PHOENICS heat flow simulation software Analysis reinforced concrete composite rectangular beam of internal temperature distribution, and by different sizes of Heat release rate, Analysis to reinforced beam concrete by it given to permeability damage value of prediction to concrete spalling time and temperature and tensile strength of concrete make the effects of analysis.
