Transformational leadership and transactional leadership may directly affect the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Focusing on the employees working for cram schools, the questionnaires are delivered by e-mails, mails and personally. Within the 500 questionnaires, 401 copies have been collected and 398 copies are valid. The conclusion has been made as follow: (1) There is positive and obvious relationship between transformational leadership, transactional leadership and organizational commitment. (2) There is positive and obvious relationship between transformational leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction . (3) The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational comment is also positive and obvious.
