Because glass substrates are the same, both of the material used and the working hour needed are largely wasted when the remanufacturing process was proceeding. In this thesis, a new design for the structure of the touch panel and a new manufacturing process were proposed to improve the problem of low yield. After numerous experiments, we found that only two additional processes of producing the shielding layer and the flat layer are necessary.
