Demand of software development needs to go through interviews, requirements analysis, design, coding, test, version control, a series of development processes. In the development process, also need to consider the communication, cooperation, schedule, cost and other risks. Most of the current literatures were discussed in the risk of software development, this study want to find out the risk of practice of agile development process. In this study, I get 116 valid survey questionnaires yielding a response rate of 39%. Using SPSS, count the average, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis and t-test. In this study, not only find out risk of agile software development, but also analysis on the project manager and project engineer. Final, we found that agile software development was impacted by requirement risk serious. This result can be referenced for agile software development in the future.
