Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 99 === Information technology industry requires highly specialized knowledge and creativity. Thus, information technology (IT) professionals often deal with great job pressure due to the rapid development of technology and overtime work, which leads low job satisfaction. How to solve this problem has become one of the important issues for organizations. In this study, we discuss organizational playfulness and personal playfulness of IT professionals on how to affect job satisfaction and their innovative behavior. We adopted survey methodology to collect data and used partial least square to execute the statistical analysis. The result shows that organizational playfulness and personal playfulness have a significant effect towards job satisfaction and innovative behavior. Finally, we proposed the practical implications for future researches.
