Hospitals have been forced to cope with cost controls and promote medical re-organization in ways the maximize profits. Establishing partnerships with medical suppliers is one current trend in the medical service industry. Relationship management research has recently focused on the benefits of relationship marketing, and their research suggests that partnerships may have some negative consequences. This study uses rising expectations, loss of objectivity, opportunism, and relationship burden as the factors of dark of side. To discuss trust, commitment, and relationship norms between the dark factor interaction with future partnerships, 1,485 questionnaires were sent out to hospitals in Taiwan. The author collected 526 replies. This study use descriptive statistics analysis, analysis of variance, and correlation analysis assess the questionnaires. Then, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the model. The results of this study indicate that trust, commitment, and relationship norms exit and have a significant impact between dark of side and future relationships. The author used these factors to research the benefits from a supply chain based on a relationship between medical organizations and suppliers.
