After the release and implementation of Regulation of Pilot Operation of Distance Instruction in Institutions of Higher Education, E-learning becomes prevalent in colleges and universities. Nowadays online learning software is popular, and E-learning platform becomes the new fashion trend. Colleges and universities develop or purchase the related technologies from the manufactures to provide the students with a space for learning at any time in any place, which is convenient for the students to learn new knowledge according to their demands. Currently, domestic colleges and universities mostly purchase the E-learning platform software from the system suppliers. Therefore, their situation of selecting E-learning platform software, market distribution and satisfaction of E-learning platform software, all these are the research subjects which should deserve our emphasis. National Yunlin University of Science and Technology has adopted Wisdom Master Software to build online campus since 2006, which has been nearly 6 years. It is quite common that the students conduct learning through the online campus. How do they feel about the user interface of the E-learning platform, and do they find out any defects in need of improvement during the learning process? Both are the key factors affecting their using willingness in the future. Therefore, this paper takes the online campus of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology as the subject to examine the functions of the user interfaces of this E-learning platform through qualitative evaluation and quantitative analysis, and discuss the feeling difference of users to the platform interface, in expectation of making suggestions to system suppliers and system administrators for reference of continuous maintenance and operation.
