In this study, cross-sectional survey, subjects were twenty Township, Yunlin County, town, city health center public health nurses, a total of 135 issued, 135 copies of questionnaires, response rate was 100%; invalid questionnaires 1 , The effective recovery of the total number of 134 questionnaires were valid questionnaires was 99.26%. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, t test, one factor ANOVA, and Pearson bivariate correlation analysis tests the correlation between. After processing the entire data to SPSS 18.0 software package to conduct statistical analysis. The results showed: (1)The overall public health nurses in the incentive level to level. The results in the incentive dimension between the highest score in the order of dimension> Growth Perspective> survival dimension. (2) Eleven incentives are most satisfied the first three order of, "family relations ","colleague relations, ""public relations "; and the lowest first three were "working environment ","promotion incentives, ""welfare ". (3) Public health nurse incentive in addition to charge lots of population no significant difference, because clinic type, co-non-nursing business, age, education, job training, marital status, number of children, years of service in different but significant Differences. (4) Investment in public health nurses working level, due to age, number of children, years of service have significantly different and differences. (5) Motivate public health nurses as a whole and job involvement in the positive relationship, so the incentive to meet the needs of public health nurses, they can enhance their job involvement. (6) Eleven motivation-related factors and work-up before the two into a "sense of achievement"and "competent relationship " lowest "salary " By public health nurses found that motivation and job involvement among the factors, there is a positive relationship, indicating regardless of the incentives to enhance their work with minor investment. Human motivation is complex, and by individuals and situations vary, so managers motivate employees, the need to recognize individual differences of employees, the incentive to achieve the best results.
