This is a Qualitative research methods, patients selected from a regional teaching hospital in YunLin County which methadone maintenance treatment is available, for the study of the depth of the implementation by face to face interviews. A total of six patient was selected, the whole interview processes were recorded and then transcribed audio content to text. This study found that, respondents without experience of drug use before were suffered from the pressures from mothers daughters-in-law question, the relationship between parents, distrust of marriage, relationship troubles, no proper job. When facing these pressures, most of the patients acted by emotional responses . Under the opportunity in the external environment and internal curiosity, they had the special feeling through first tried of using illicit substance. When they had the experience of released pressures by using illicit substance, they were stocked by the circle of repeating condition. When the patients adopted the methods to coped with pressures, increased the siblings interaction, their own property losses, framed, interpersonal disruption, shock, ideations of end their life. The above situations cause the patients becomes more dependent on illicit substance and deeper into the pressure of the circle. The only way was just escape. Through the friends on methadone maintenance treatment, the pressure of shortage of money can improve. Some patients also improved the conflict pressure between the siblings and reduce the negative relationship between parents. The rest of the stressful events were present by the repression, but this does not mean the pressure has been eliminated. Therefore, medical professionals can be through non-drug therapy (such as group psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy) to strengthen the pressure coping skills and strategies to prevent the recurrence of negative coping behaviors. The final conclusion of this study found that the patients were coping with negative emotional response, passive attitude. The health care units provide services for those patients suffered from illicit substance problems should step up a comprehensive plans and method, including physiological, psychological, social approaches to provide better and better total solutions and increase the ability to recovery to return society. none 洪正芳 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 93 zh-TW
