They invest in a lot of money to construct an attractive environment and a fantastic space for the hardware apparatuses. They are prepared for the in-patient wards to provide equivalent to hotel-style services at the five-star standard to attract general public for medical treatment. Therefore, general public will consider the quality of health care and request the comfort and privacy of hospital environment according to the choice of medical treatment. In order to improve service quality of health care, we should be avoided unsatisfactory services resulting in unpleasant feeling and complaints of patients or their families. The data from retrospect the complaint cases in the private ward and information of telephone interview after discharge from the private ward were be used to analyze the hospitalization service quality of the private ward. The results show that: 1. the majority of the complaints were ward environment (24.4%) and the main item is room temperature control (10.3%). 2. more than 40% of the private ward patients require better and faster health-care service(43.2%), less patient’s numbers of nursing care(44.9%). 3. the most unsatisfied medical service quality is administrative processes because waiting for bed too long. 4. the patients with longer hospitalization in private ward, believe nurse in private ward should handle less patient and unsatisfied nusing care and medical service will have more complaints.
