In recent years, due to energy shortages and global warming, the use of diesel-engine vehicle model and year by year growth trend in the number. In view of the development costs of diesel engine technology and the pollution reduction of diesel vehicle, development and improvement of the after-treatment will be a very important role, particularly in deal with particulate matter(PM) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions processing. This study investigates the atomization performance under the different spray nozzle design and adjust the parameters of the nozzle to improve the overall performance of spray. The post-processor systems includes the diesel particulate filter (DPF) system and the Selective Catalytic Reduction of catalytic converter (SCR) system will be discuss in this study.Tthe SMD value of the nozzle at least less than 30μm, But the general pressure nozzle want to Manufacture such a small droplet, The pressure tends to be more than 150 Kg / cm2, but this is not often installed high-power pressure source. So this research program decided to use two-fluid nozzle, Experiment using air cylinders as a source of stress. Atomization conditions of the two-fluid nozzle is leaded by air, experimental results show that the average liquid particle size than the increase caused by reduction.And found the differences of single nozzle and three different nozzles, Three spray nozzle flow can increase the probability of collision in the flow,makes the droplet re-fragmentation, However, a single nozzle droplet collision probability is significantly reduced.so the large droplet and the phenomenon of incomplete atomization will be produced.
