Furthermore, the research compared the cognition and the expectation of the common e-learning employability among the workers in the enterprises and the related industries, and studied the employability which was emphasized on by the current e-learning industries. Finally, analyzed, discussed and integrated the possible positions that the graduates might engage in. The purposes of research were to analyze the different situations of the employment capacity among the e-learning related graduates and the other graduated workers by the different background variables, to discuss the different situations of the employment capacity among the e-learning related graduators and the other graduated workers between the academia and industry, and to discuss the relationship of the employment capacity among the e-learning related graduates between the academia and industry. The questionnaires method was adopted for the study, and the researcher designed the research tool named, "The e-learning of the professional with generic skills questionnaire” for the academia and industry. Meanwhile, the research questionnaires included four parts, such as the testers’ basic information, professional knowledge, professional competence and professional attitude. Cluster sampling with the census of the 166 mater student, and with the survey of the 252 industy personal. The questionnaires were using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and Spearman Rank Correlation for statistical analyses. The findings of this study include: 1. Employability-learning e-learning should have the expertise for industry personnel in different gender and age are significantly different. 2. Employability-learning e-learning should have the professional skills of personnel for the industry age, highest level of education and work in different years are significantly different. 3. Employability-learning e-learning should have the professional attitude of industry personnel for gender, age, highest level of education and work in different years are significantly different. 4. E-learning employability should have professional knowledge of digital learning master students because of significant differences in the gender difference. 5. E-learning should have the employability skills for e-learning master''s degree graduates of different gender and age are significantly different. 6. Employability-learning e-learning should have the master''s graduates for the professional attitude of different gender and age are significantly different. 7. Concerned the sequence of industry personnel with master degrees in e-learning for employability important level of understanding, there is quite consistent, but it is different in the importance of individual items on the topic. 8. Master graduates and industry e-learning for professional knowledge, professional competence and professional attitude importance in view of knowledge, overall there was no significant correlation. 9. The relationship between master students and industry e-learning for professional knowledge, professional competence and professional attitude were considered as a significant positive correlation. The conclusions of the study include: 1. Both master graduates and the industry take the professional attitude as the most important ability. 2. Compared with the master graduates, the staff abilities of industry to more emphasis on practical applications. 3. E-learning knowledge, professional skills and professional attitudes were significantly related to the three. Finally, according to the results, conclusions and suggestions were recommended as references for further curriculum design and teaching materials editing.
