Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所碩士班 === 99 === The purpose of this study was to explore a study on the status, differences and relationship among self-determination, career development competency cognition, learning environmental satisfaction, and career commitment of college and university students.
This study focused on investigation research method. On the basis of ”The survey on the relationship among self-determination, career development competency cognition, learning environmental satisfaction, and career commitment of college and university students”, a questionnaire was developed by the researcher. The study was used stratified sampling and purposive sampling. The effective questionnaires were 849 copies in college and university of Taiwan. The descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, canonical correlation, and path analysis were conducted to test each research question.
The researcher obtained subsequent results after statistical analysis as follow:
1. Among self-determination, career development competency cognition, learning environmental satisfaction, and career commitment of students, the degree was medium high.
2. Students’ self-determination, career development competency cognition, learning environmental satisfaction, and career commitment of students had significant differences in their different framework.
3. Students’ self-determination, career development competency cognition, learning environmental satisfaction, and career commitment of students had significant correlation.
4. Students’ self-determination, career development competency cognition, learning environmental satisfaction would affect directly on career commitment. Students’ career development competency cognition was through self-determination and learning environmental satisfaction an indirect effect career commitment.
