Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所碩士班 === 99 === This study aimed to investigate organizational learning, teacher''s reflection, and teacher''s professional development of the small-size and well-transformed elementary schools in Yunlin County, further exploring the relationship between the three factors. Instruments employed in the study were questionnaire and face-to-face interview. The participants of the study were 239 instructors of the 99 academic year small-size and well-transformed elementary schools in Yunlin County. Furthermore, interviews were conducted with principals, directors, and instructors, amounting 5 persons, of the 98 academic year project of well-transformed school. The analysis of questionnaires used the SPSS 12.0, including descriptive statistic, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, Stepwise multiple regression.
The results as follows:
1.Organizational learning was generally well. Among this, dialogo was revealed significantly.
2.Teacher''s reflection, especially reflection on classroom management, was generally well.
3.Teacher''s professional development, particularly professional attitude, was shown significantly.
4.Significant difference of organizational learning was shown due to teachers'' current position. Significant difference of teacher''s reflection was revealed because of service period. Significant difference of teacher''s professional development was shown owing to gender and service period.
5.Positive Correlation existed between organizational learning, teacher''s reflection, and teacher''s professiona development.
6.Dimensions of organizational learning and teacher''s reflection could influence teacher''s professional development., particularly reflection on student.
The study was based on the results from analyses of questionnaires and semi-structure interviews. Educational institutions, as well as administrators and faculties of well-transformed schools could refer to the study for future research.
