Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所碩士班 === 99 === The purposes of this study were based on the comments of evaluators: (1) to reexamine the contents and indicators for the institutes of technology program evaluation (2) to analyze the efficiency of the operation of the institutes of technology effected by the program evaluation. The subjects of this study were 138 experienced-evaluators. The research instruments were questionnaire survey and qualitative interview with two experts. The questionnaire survey included four dimensions, the efficiency of the institutes of technology operation, the system of institutes of technology program evaluation, the efficiency of the institutes of technology operation effected by the program evaluation and the use of the outcome of institutes of technology program evaluation. The findings of the study were as followed: (1) The elevators recognized not only the efficiency of the institutes of technology operation but efforts and attitude. The feature combining the academic and practices should be emphasized more. (2) The elevators recognized the contents and indicators for institutes of technology program evaluation. (3) The elevators expected to have more time to gather more complete qualitative information. (4) The elevators recognized the raise of the quality on institutes of technology operation. (5) The elevators recognized the use of the outcome of institutes of technology program evaluation and encouraged institutes of technology to develop specific features. In this study, not only were the findings interpreted, but suggestions for the applications of the research and for further studies were provided.
