碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所碩士班 === 99 === The main purpose of this study was to investigate the opinions and viewpoints of departments evaluated in Institutes of Technology by adopting the questionnaire survey and focus group interviewing as the research methods. The survey samples based on directors of evaluated Institutes of Technology in 2009, including 224 directors in 15 colleges. The study divided into the “indicator”, “procedure”, “raters”, “outcome” and “benefits” five parts.The focus group interviewing referred to the symposium in 2009 held by the Evaluation crew. The members of the symposium included evaluated directors, experienced raters and the evaluation crew. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The indicator of Evaluation was approved by directors in Institutes of Technology. 2. The procedure of the Evaluation was approved by directors in Institutes of Technology. 3. The entire benefits of the Evaluation were approved by directors in Institutes of Technology. 4. Directors in Institutes of Technology expected the Evaluation could emphasize the practicality achievements more, such as the Producing study cooperation research plan.
