According to the inventory table of response equipment, can understand the equipment usage. However, due to its huge text data, complex application procedures and how to effectively manage these devices, we must face these important issues. In order to solve above problem, one method of emergent equipment management system is established and achieving. The goal of this thesis is to study the database management system, based on the requirement of equipment management, planning and design of equipment management system database. The architecture of database system planning can be partitioned into the general user and administrator. The general users can use the inventory query, apply equipment and change the password. In addition to regular user management functions, administrator also can do into, ship operational data, and input the relative information, then, the information can be stored in the system database. In the next time, when someone use the same equipment, who can use the drop-down by click on the menu and don’t need to re-key in . By this way, can reduce human mistake. It also can maintain account information and print indecent table. It’s convenience for inventory. Design a computer management programs to make the correlation between the database data access and management form the output, more convenient and organized. In this thesis, has established a computerized equipment management program to improve management quality and strain data accuracy. It can provide the equipment storage and using information, rapidly, achieve effective management and save human resources.
