Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所碩士班 === 99 === The purposes of this study were: first, to understand the relationship between the health promoting lifestyle and regular exercise behavior among middle aged adults; second, to explorer the affects of health promoting lifestyle on well-being for middle aged adults; third, to explorer the differences of regular exercise behavior variable on well-being for middle aged adults. In this study, the subjects were 372 middle aged adults who can do exercise themselves in Yunlin County. The tools adapted were health promoting lifestyle scale, exercise stages scale, satisfaction with life scale, positive and negative affection scale. Collected data were analyzed with the aid of Spearman rank-order correlation, T test, and Hierarchical multiple regression. The results were as follows: There is a positive relationship between health promoting lifestyle and regular exercise behavior.The self-actualization, exercise, interpersonal support, press management of health promoting lifestyle can predict the three variations of well-being. The variation of the self-actualization on satisfaction with life can highly reach 33.87%. In regular exercise behavior variable on the difference of well-being for middle aged adults, regular exercise behavior showed a difference in satisfaction with life, positive affection and negative affection. Finally, this study summarizes explained and analyzes the results. Meanwhile, this study also gives some suggestions for further studies.
