The main purpose is to explore and to discover the reasons why camp instructors can enhance individual self-efficacy through adventure education, which can promote team developments more quickly to achieve high performance. Following the statements of interviews, the information can be summed up and interpreted by the way of template analysis. Then, we can get the conclusions below: I. The reciprocal effects in self-efficacy after camp instructors trained by adventure education:Finding from the analysis of research data, camp instructors’ self-efficacy has positive upgrade and effects through adventure education. II. The reciprocal effects in self-efficacy after camp instructors trained by adventure education:Observing from the analysis of research data, adventure education positively influences and helps camp instructors develop strong team relationship in the process of team development. III. The factors in accelerating camp instructors’ team development:Noticing from the analysis of research data, the consonance among each others in a team can increase the positive emotional energy. Camp instructors will voluntarily devote themselves to the team with empathy. Therefore, the behavior of seeing and facing different things in positive and optimistic attitude can be analyzed and separated into three dimensions, intimacy, sense of belonging, and altruism.
