Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 99 === This thesis studies how to use a voice coil motor to excite a flexible structure at its natural frequency, which is uncertain in advance. The method is via feedback of the acceleration signals so that the system becomes marginally stable. A band-pass filter and a phase detection algorithm will be used to automatically track the natural frequency. This research can be divided into two parts: analysis and simulation of the dynamic system, and experimental platform building and real-time testing. The mathematical model of the system is first established and the performance of the control system is examined by numerical simulations. An experimental device consisting of three springs, two masses, and a voice coil motor is then constructed. Besides the control circuits, a visual man-machine interface is also devised to collect the data for time-domain and frequency-domain analysis. Experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the positive feedback vibration generator.
