In order to make most to their members, vigorous knowledge sharing is an essential activity. Consequently, knowledge sharing behaviors of these knowledge sharing platforms have been an important research issue. This study chooses Yahoo ASK! as a research platform, after extensive literature review, a knowledge sharing model is constructed bases on social capital and multi-motives theories to explore critical factors influencing knowledge sharing behaviors. An internet survey was conducted to validate the proposed model. For 308 valid samples, SPSS was used for descriptive statistics and SmartPLS for testing measurement and structural models. Major research findings can be described as: (1) social capital does not show significant effect on knowledge sharing-related attitudes, (2) multi-motives significant affect knowledge sharing-related attitudes, and (3) knowledge sharing-related attitudes significant affect loyalty-related intentions. Managerial implications on academic as well as practice are then analyzed and practical guidelines for improving the knowledge sharing intentions of members of knowledge sharing platforms are recommended. none 莊煥銘 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW |
