| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 會計系研究所 === 99 === This research is mainly about the characteristics of corporations, research and development expenditure and corporate value. We build the testimonial model via the market arbitrage model. The testimonial result showed that the development expenditure and profitability are truly positively related to the corporate value. But the corporate value is obvious negatively related to the outside financing and free cash flow in statistic. Hence, this research concludes that the R&D activities truly upgrade the value of corporations, but it should be taken consideration that the characteristics of corporations might influence the value of corporations.
