碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 99 === This research is mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview in order to find out that the influences of entry modes of Taiwanese companies’ investment in Mainland China after Taiwan and Mainland signing the ECFA. This research also discusses the influences of investment experiences of Taiwanese companies’ investment in Mainland China. Our sampling frame is 1023 Taiwanese companies investing in Mainland China. 109 companies have returned the questionnaires. The valid questionnaires are 105. 1. The Intellectual property rights have significant influences on Taiwanese companies’ future development in Mainland China. 2. The actually dissension experiences of Taiwanese companies have significant influences on Taiwanese companies’ future development in Mainland China. 3. Taiwanese companies’ entry modes have moderating effect on tariff agreement and future involovment. 4. Taiwanese companies’ entry modes have moderating effect on their business resources and future involovment.
