Comprehensive training not only can enhance the quality of employee but also the competition of enterprises. In general, the instructor is considered as the key of success of employee’s training. The common method of planning for the instructor is to hire the external instructors. However, because it’s hard to avoid external instructors cannot meet the corporate culture, the effectiveness of the training will be reduced greatly. If hiring internal instructor, corporates can avoid the problems above. Nevertheless, deficient system of internal instructor will reduce the effectiveness of teaching and attraction to students. Hence, the key of success depends on the comprehensive system of internal instructor. In this study, we understand the internal instructor systems of four domestic enterprises by interviews, to comprehend their operational reasons, procedures, and the difficulties they faced, and then further discuss the mutual effects among procedures. The research findings are as following: 1. The closer is the link between internal instructor system and incentive system, the more important is the role which internal instructor plays in the enterprise. 2. The closer is the link between internal instructor system and incentive system, the more multiple is the selection patterns of internal instructors. 3. The more complete is the internal instructor system, the better is the quality of internal instructor.
