Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程研究所 === 99 === Methylacetylene and Propadiene hydrogenation is one of important process for petroleum refining. We are elimination methylacetylene and propadiene because propylene, a high add value product of petroleum refining, it’s polymerization will be affect by methylacetylene and propadiene’s high activity. But it is only few research about industrial hydrogenation simulation. In order to find out better operate conditions to let the process more efficient, this study using Langmuir-Hinshelwood/Hougen-Watson reaction rate with Aspen Plus’s help to modeling IFP hydrogenation plant. And we try to use analysis, optimize and dynamic tools to help us find out what happen in the reactor to find out the operating conditions to make higher income.
