If we can develop the systemized vibrotactile and apply it, it will not only be a new channel to deliver information but to reduce the load of visual and auditory. The purpose of this research is to probe the vibration perception of the front thigh. It was included one pretest and two main experiments. The pretest is to investigate the size, weight and placed position of mobile phone. The first main experiment is to probe the optimal vibration frequency of perception, which would be the basis frequency of the second. The second is to probe the effects of perception on duration and interval of vibration, which would induce two ranges. The results of analysis included the following three findings. 1) The optimal vibration frequency of perception is 192Hz. 2) The threshold of vibration duration is 0.073 seconds, and the limited of vibration duration is 2.0 seconds. 3) The threshold of vibration interval is 0.091 seconds, and the limited of vibration interval is 1.0 to 1.5 seconds.
