In this study, based on four dimensions of TRM and performance, we developed a questionnaire for medical personnel who are trained with TRM. Then, to analyze the result, we used SPSS 19.0 and LISREL software. Finally, we made use of qualitative research to provide auxiliary explanations of the influence of medical personnel''s performance after TRM training. In this study, we ingestigated 162 medical staff members in a critical care units in a regional teaching hospital in the southern part of Taiwan. Form the 162 questionnaires given out, a total of 121 valid questionaries was returned. We then proceeded with descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA, and correlation analysis verification with a structural equation model, and then did six in-depth interviews of medical personnel. The study found that communication, leadership, situation monitoring, mutual support and performance are being related. The TRM was more practicable and produced better performance than without it. Moreever, we also found that there were some difficulties while trying to carry out TRM. Thus, we suggest that it must be executed by high-level managers and that the training be on-going only then will it truly improve patient safety. Bor-Wen cheng 鄭博文 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW |
