Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 99 === This study for applying Taguchi method to enhance the tenacity of regenerated cellulose multifilament continuous washing, will utilize the Taguchi method L27 (34) orthogonal array, planning three level four factors in 27 groups with different parameters combinations conduct validation experiments, and dried by washing filament finished tenacity (g/denier) in the analysis of variance to assess the effect of each factor and the contribution of the level parameters ranking to suggest the best method of experimental continuous washing process. The results from this study that, for the tenacity product quality characteristics of filament, the effect of the order of the factors affecting the amount of water circulating lotion, and solution temperature and solution concentration and the take up velocity, among which the amount of laundering water circulation influence most really, also filament remaining solvent effect surviving after the water, it will directly affect the quality of its tenacity characteristics, the lower the residual solvent, the filament finished will be higher, because we hope to be finished tenacity larger uniform, so the quality characteristics of the selected experimental fiber tenacity, according to characteristics of the Target, is looking larger the better, Taguchi method can be directly used in the signal to noise experiment ratio (Signal-Noise Ratio) (referred to as S/N ratio) to measure the quality characteristics of the stability criterion.
