Therefore, many enterprises had to set up management systems to further control Hazardous Substance effectively, such as IECQ QC 080000 management system.The purpose of the research was to construct green suppliers assessment criteria, by firstly applying Modified Dephi Method to evaluate criteria, and then by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Method to calculate the weight of criteria. Expectedly, it would offer the criteria for case company and reasonablly reduce the inspsection times and cost, under inspection exemption guideline both by the application of Sequential Sampling Plan and the MIL-STD-1916 process. The research had found the main criteria of green supplier assessment were shown in sequence, after weight, as Quality management(0.308)、Research and design managemnet(0.280)、Procedure mangement(0.259)、Resource management(0.153).Also, its sub-criteria were shown respectively and sequently as Green purchasing (0.160),Regulation restriction and customer request (0.098)、Quality system audit (0.081), Control of nonconforming product (0.075) and Cleaning cost(0.073).Moremore, for case company ,the Pearson correlation involved in 12 raw materials suppliers would be 0.642, while assessment was considered the result and the yield ratio of Year 2009-2010.Hence, it meant the qualified suppliers could be reasonably sorted.
