In Haloarcula marismortui model, we revealed biochemical capabilities and metabolic stress induced systems fluctuations by using an integrative proteomics and network analysis approach; in lung cancer model, we systemic analyzed and compared the identified proteins and their expression patterns between metastatic and non- metastatic secretory proteomes for metastasis-related protein discovery.
