They realize their dreams on their own stage, and at this moment, what they long to do is present their true self on the stage. In chapter one, the researcher starts with her experience of being involved in street dances, and then explores how much street dances mean to female dancers because they fulfill themselves through street dances. In chapter two, it states how female physical figure is gazed in a sense under the context of medicine and social culture and the way females claim their subjectivity. Contrast to previous research on street dances, the researcher explores the experience of female street dancers in term of the viewpoint of Feminism. In chapter three, the researcher illustrates the contents in the form of narrative inquiry and tells of how the four female street dancers are discovered in the field. In chapter four , Phoenix shares the true life of the dancer; besides, Dipmles talks you about her addiction to street dances, and Maggie owes her success of street dances to her belief. Ruby Red longs to devote her life to street dances. In chapter five, throughout the history of the street dances, the researcher tries to analyze the reasons why female street dancers disappear in the context of history and states that female street dancers show themselves in a graceful and appealing way in the presence of viewers. In the last chapter, the researcher reflects on what the research deals with and proposes some ideas about the future project. This research not only records the stories of female street dancers but also contains the researcher’s journey of life. In sum, women don’t hide themselves silently behind successful men; instead, they have to voice for themselves to show passion for life. Silence doesn’t mean disappearance.
