Summary: | 碩士 === 育達商業科技大學 === 企業管理所 === 99 === The study focuses on the perspective in which teachers’ interest is influenced by the teaching supports of the administration in an elementary school, probing the strategies which a school administration applies to maintain teachers’ interest, developing a research setting where the orientation of maintaining the interest, authorization and organizational innovation are integrated and the last but not the least, analyzing the involved factors and the casual model which affect teachers’ interest schools manage to keep. The study believe that internal marketing stimulates teacher satisfaction. Teachers would be willing to pay more effort for the students to raise the study achievement. And then, school potency would be promoted. However, there have been few many studies conducted by researchers concerning how to maintain teacher’s interest, this study targets at elementary school teachers working in Miaoli County and at the same time, the verification of actual, related proofs is in progress.
The research began in April 11 and ended in April 22 2011. The questionnaires were given randomly to elementary teachers in Mioali. There were 360 questionnaires handed out, and the recovery of all samples used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, aimed to verify the hypothesis. The result showed that the schools which had promoted the preservation of teachers’ interest, teacher authorization, administrative services and organizational innovation had a considerably directive and positive impact on the orientation of preserving teacher’s interest. Besides, the orientation of preserving customers’ interest also has a certain directive and positive influence on teachers’ commitment, trust and job satisfaction.
