As the official organ of the research topic to the object of employees is relatively rare in the literature, so this study focuses on the various townships in Miaoli County, public officials to explore emotional intelligence and perception of organizational politics influence job satisfaction. A questionnaire survey, a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, 352 questionnaires were effective response rate was 88%, the recovery of the questionnaire data were used independent sample t test, one way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis, verification, important conclusions are summarized as follows: 1.Overall the respondents of emotional intelligence and cognitive perceptions of organizational politics was no significant correlation. 2. Overall the respondents of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction has a significant positive correlation. 3. The whole of the respondents perceptions of organizational politics and job satisfaction has a significant negative correlation. 4. Different personal background variables were gender, marital status, monthly income and the size of the organization of the emotional intelligence of the respondents were significantly different views. 5. Different personal backgrounds, different size of the organization of the respondents in the perceptions of organizational politics has a significant difference in cognitive. 6. Different personal backgrounds, different education, age, years of service, income, size of the organization and the jobs of the respondents were job satisfaction has a significant difference in cognitive.
