Meantime, to mitigate or withstand the impaction of economic recession, enterprises more focused on cost control and efficient improvement. In this impaction, how to achieve the most benefit in internal team of enterprises? Supporting each other with professional skill who owned, all team members should make the team goal as the highest precedence with opened and clear communication with each other. So just did like that, team can exert the most benefit. How to improve the performance of team? The most key word was cooperation. There were five characters for this research, as gung ho, team cooperation, relationship of cooperation, cooperation of concerted effort and good work relationship. In a word, there was positive that whether or not cooperate well will impact the team performance directly. Example, if the ambience of team cooperation was good, it would reduce the private competing relationship, and get the better resource and information to decide and improve the performance of team. All questionnaire objects of this research were according to the organization/team that was relative to electronic industry, and the area was limited in the electronic factories of TaiPei. There were 163 groups of questionnaire released for this research, each group of questionnaire was included questionnaire of 1 manager and 5 team members; recycled 130 groups of efficient questionnaire, efficient recycled rate is 79.75%. Fixed on all parameters from the reliability and crossed validation of multi-ANOVA, then checked and ascertained the suppose of all frameworks, finally checked and validated that there would be distinct impaction, which original and variant factors (emotion adjusting of team and engaging leadership) was affected by team cooperation and team-self efficiency. This research according to the result of data analysis to propose the conclusions and the practiced advices, then, described the limitation of research and provided the researcher’s suggestion and direction.
