To probe different background variables of union members in the education and training, employment counseling and Workplace competitive differentiation; Second, analysis of labor union members in the education and training, employment counseling and career related competitiveness; Finally, analysis of education training and employment impact on the competitiveness of the workplace. In order to achieve the purposes of this study conducted a questionnaire survey and depth interview, a total of 1,000 questionnaires provided, retrieved 825 copies back, and acquired 792 valid questionnaires. With descriptive statistics, t-test, 1-Way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), correlation and regression analysis to analyze the data. The results are as follows: Overall, union member education and training, employment counseling and Workplace Competitiveness with each other are significant effects. Secondly, education training and employment are competitive for the Workplace showed a positive correlation; That is, vocational education and training of labor union members is higher, competitive Workplace is also high, and the other union members employment counseling for the more competitive the Workplace will be higher. Regression analysis found out that education, training and career competitiveness and employment counseling and Workplace Competitiveness have significant influence effect. According to the results, if union members to enhance education and training, receive employment counseling, can enhance performance both in work quality and efficiency, and enhance its competitiveness in the workplace. Unions should strengthen the education and training of its members and employment counseling; Members to employment, employers to have competent assistant, complementary education and training and employment counseling, and to facilitate the upgrading of competitiveness workplace, to employers and employees win-win situation.
